Pa Willard played by Patrick Wright has a problem. His son Junior played by John Tull loves their cow Sassy Sue in the wrong way. So his plan is to introduce several farm girls to Junior, hoping that Junior picks one for his wife. Somehow, he ends up sampling the merchandise first. First is Honey Chile played by Karen Cooknell. Honey Chile reveals to Pa Willard that she has always had a crush on Pa Willard. Dottie Lou, played by Tallie Cochrane, and Dolly Lee, played by Colleen Brennan, are next. Abigail played by Sandy Carey, happens to stumble by and could use a new outhouse seat, so Willard goes to Abigail’s place and the two get all hot and bothered and decide to have at it. Pa Willard decides Abigail should marry Junior. He goes home to break the news to Junior and Ma but Junior refuses and declares that he has married Sassy Sue the cow and loves the heifer.
Directed by Bethel Buckalew and produced by Harry Novak, this hicksploitation sexploitation film infused with a bit of unwholesome Junior love of Sassy Sue the heifer was cast very well and I was able to clean it up nicely. The film is quite entertaining with almost a Dixie Daisy Dukes of Hazzard feel to it.
