📅 Billing Cycle

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Billed automatically every 30 days from your initial sign-up date.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Billed once per year, offering a discounted rate.

  • One-Time Rentals (if applicable): Charged at the time of purchase, with access valid for the rental period specified at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email after each successful payment.

🧾 Failed Payments

If a payment fails due to insufficient funds or expired card details, we will notify you via email. Access to your account may be temporarily restricted until the payment issue is resolved.

You can update your payment details at any time through your account settings.

🔁 Renewals & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You can cancel anytime by going to your account settings. Once canceled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

💰 Refunds
